Found in the archives, a promotional video made, I believe, by Maverick, promoting the Custard Factory in the mid-1990s, now uploaded to the Internets for your nostalgic pleasure.
Crikey, what i didn’t recognise was our Shop (3:40 in). I didn’t realise Diabolik, S Gerrard, Sarah P and Rhubarb was once all open plan like that (though it would explain why our door works like an afterthought). Nice to see the bloke who did the original signage above too.
My rather worrying answer to your question is no, I don’t recognise a soul. WHERE ARE THEY NOW? It makes me worry my optimistic Friday feeling was misfounded. What happened to them??

I’ll try and pin Dave down for a Where Are They Now feature, if he can stand to watch the thing again.
It would be interesting to see how many of those businesses still exist! Quite a good time lapse would be the turnover of companies on the ground floor.
