With over 250 studio spaces (at present) within the Custard Factory Quarter we believe we have the right space for every creative business requirement and respond quickly to your specific needs.
The heart of the Custard Factory is Scott House where you'll find the reception desk with the the Green House and other buildings on Gibb Street alongside. The redbrick flagship building Devonshire House is currently under development and will be open in 2009 completing this corner but the Quarter extends down Heath Mill Lane and Floodgate Street with a number of post-industrial spaces, the highlight being the recently completed Fazeley Studios.
This is an exciting time at the Custard Factory as we look to expand our capacity many times over the next few years. We've been here serving Birmingham creative industries for two decades and we're not leaving any time soon.
