Fazeley Studios is the latest phase of the Custard Factory: well-lit studio offices linked in to the Custard Factory Data Network (a fully featured phone system with ultra fast leased line internet connectivity) and set around a tranquil greenery-filled courtyard. The generous common parts create a welcoming environment ideal for meeting, relaxing, eating and drinking.
The Ikon Gallery has its new Digbeth home in the building and regularly has launch parties which spill out in to the courtyard, while the Brasserie – open to all – serves mouthwatering food, coffee and drinks from eight in the morning until ten at night.

Capacities:
The 44 studio offices range from 200 – 10,000 square feet in size. There are two main characters of space – top lit open plan offices with excellent natural day lighting ranging from 700 – 10,000 square feet and character spaces fronting Fazeley Street ranging from 200 – 1,500 square feet. Each studio has a kitchenette. Each studio is pre-wired, well lit and is linked to the buildings security system and the Custard Factory security team.
