Green House

The Green House was the second phase of restoration, taking the Custard Factory to an
ambitious new level. The project extended the public open spaces to make a thriving area
inhabited by the whole community. A new square was created with a 40 foot high sculpture of
the Green Man [hyperlink] as the focal point.

Capacities:
With up to 100 studios ranging from 170 square feet to 600 square feet, the Green House has the ideal space for an individual or a company of up to eight people. Each studio is pre-wired and comes with free high speed broadband. All of the studios are individually alarmed and has 24 hour access, 365 days per year. Minimally decorated with white walls and wooden floors, each studio is heated and has running water, as well as its own private balcony.
