Scott House

Scott House was the first building in the Custard Factory complex to be restored in 1992. Originally a dingy ‘flatted factory’ it was reassembled as light, affordable studios and offices, the ground floor now home to shops, dance studios, a bar and a theatre. The loading bay was flooded to make a lake, which is drained for dance and party events that demand the sunken space.
