Green House

Five floors of multi-functional offices and studio offices, with the bottom floor dedicated to shops including Birmingham Bead Shop, Fragile Design, and Ideal Skate Shop. There are 100 offices in total which are home to recording studios, production houses and digital media specialists.

Scott House

Reception is located on the ground floor of Scott House, which houses 120 studio offices. Shops in this building include Sara Preisler Gallery, Get a Grip and The Framers. There are many fantastic artists based in this building as well as craft companies, vintage clothing retailers, designers and much more.

Zellig

The newest development of the Custard Factory and spectacularly designed, Zellig includes 101 offices and an indoor retail area with shops such as Urban Village and The Couture Company. Find out more on the Zellig website.

Gibb Terrace

Gibb Terrace is home to the Old Library Theatre and a string of independent retailers including Hobgoblin Music, Streetprint, Hanoi Jane and many more.
